ADD Coach for Adults and Teens

I offer individual ADD Coaching to adults and teens with Attention Deficit Disorder. I coach clients in-person and over the phone. I live in Atlanta Georgis, but phone coaching allows me to coach people from all over the country.

The Four Cornerstones that define the model that I use for my coaching are embodied in the acronym T.E.A.M.

T is for Trust. Trust is the foundation for all successful relationships.
E is for Empowerment. It is imperative that you regain your identity as a successful person.
A is for Awareness. You must increase you self-knowledge and your understanding of what your particular ADD symptoms are.
M is for Management. You must manage, structure, and control your life by learning skills and strategies.
