Intake Consultation / Initial Interview:

Intake , Length - 1 1/2 to 2 Hours, Cost $400.00: We will complete intake forms, review your history, and review previous diagnostic reports and information. From this I will assist you in selecting your initial goals and create a plan of action.

Coaching Sessions:

Minimum Commitment: Coaching is not a quick fix for problems. Therefore I request a minimum commitment of four weeks of sessions.

Scheduled One-on-one Sessions: Billed on a monthly basis at $400.00 per 4 week block, due in advance. This is the implantation of the plan, a time to discuss events, note patterns, and problem-solve. Strategies will be evaluated, skills rehearsed, and the plan of action adjusted as necessary. Over the phone or in person at my office.

Example Programs:

The client and the coach work as a team. The client agrees to become accountable for his time and actions, and the coach agrees to hold the client accountable.  A scheduled program will be set up and agreed upon to include one-on-one meetings, either in-person or one the phone. The plan will have a specified duration.

Programs could be:

* Fourty-five minute meeting, on the phone or at the Parkaire Consultants office, once a week.

* One half hour meeting once week, either on the phone or in person, with one scheduled phone call in-between the office meeting. Also to include email contact during the week.

Each of the above examples would be $400/month.

Thanks for helping me out last year. This whole ADD thing can be a real big pain! It can also be a tremendous asset. Thanks for helping me to see the positive.
Steve, ADD Adult

I have felt different for most of my life and never knew what was wrong. I was constantly disorganized and losing things. I have been taking my ADD medicatons since last year but I still was disorganized. When I came to you for coaching, I had never heard of Executive Dysfunction. I finally feel like a major piece of the puzzle is inplace. Thank you.
Mary, ADD Adult and Mother
